Marilyn is an accomplished strategy, leadership development and change practitioner with over 22 years’ experience in both the private and public sector. She has led successful engagements within the Eastern, Western and Southern African regions, in various sectors. Marilyn’s passion is in building capability within organizations through people to achieve strategic results and meaningful growth. She's been a Partner with AfriBusiness where she was the Strategy and Change Lead. Previously, she was a Senior Consultant with Deloitte, and before that, a Senior Consultant with Indra Systems. Her mandate was leadership development, Strategy, Project and Change Management expertise. Marilyn holds a Masters in Leading Innovation and Change from York St. John’s University UK, and a BSC Degree from the University of Nairobi. She is a certified Change Management Practitioner with APMG and Prosci, and an Accredited Facilitator from Deloitte and DDI in leadership programs.
